We have shopped at Todd’s for a while now and have always received excellent service.  We are bird lovers and own many birds. They have always impressed on us the importance of owning and caring for our birds properly.  A few of the things which made us go back was the cleanliness and smell of the store.  Also, we liked that we were made to feel like family. It’s very clear to see that all of the employee’s love the birds and that the birds themselves are very well cared for.  We enjoy our trips to the store and so do the birds when we come home with toys, foods and usually much more than we planned on.

We’ve been shopping at Todd Marcus Birds Exotic for the past couple years.  The bird store we used to shop at closed down suddenly without any notice to its customers.  We’d purchased birds & supplies from them for many years & had our birds groomed there.  I felt a sense of loss, until someone recommended Birds Exotic.  What a life-saver!  We visited 2-3 stores searching for the same family atmosphere, & when we walked into Todd Marcus we finally found it.  We drive about a ½ hour to their store but its well worth it.  For this type of service, quality and freshness of food I’d drive 2+ hours ~ my little birds are worth it.

What a wonderful establishment, my husband and I have been shopping at Todd’s for quite a while now and our quick visits for food always turn into hours of playing with the birds.  Between the toys, birds, and the staff we never want to leave.  My first experience was so wonderful and what started off as grooming for my Dusky Conure quickly turned into purchasing the cutest Pineapple Conure I’ve ever seen along with all the trimmings.  Todd and the staff at Birds Exotic weaned our little guy for us and what a joy he’s been.  The thing I love the most is whether you’re just looking, getting a $2.00 toy or buying an expensive bird you receive the same type of service. I would recommend Birds Exotic to anyone who wants to shop at a bird filled, clean and fully stocked establishment.
